The Expanded Foods test kits go beyond the basics found in the Food/Toxins test kit. The kits include what I like to call “good for you foods”. The kits include duck and quail eggs as chicken egg alternatives. A detailed breakdown of the cheeses most commonly consumed. Seafood, alternative grains, nuts and seeds, legumes, vegetables, fruits, berries and spices are all included in the two test kits.

The Expanded Foods 1 and 2 test kits are meant to be used together. Because most patients have altered and imbalanced GI microbiomes the list of foods that they are becoming sensitive to is expanding into foods that would normally be considered low antigenic foods.
